Return Policy

At FootballImperium, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your item, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@football-imperium.com. Returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team.
• Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damaged Items & Issues:

• Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at support@football-imperium.com. We will assess the situation and make it right.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions about whether your item can be returned, please contact us.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once your return is processed, make a new purchase for the replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

• If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to justify it. As with other returns, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
• If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@football-imperium.com.
